Will has experience with historical preservation of US history. His work includes:

CIty of Franklin v. Franklin Chapter #14 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy

Attorney Pomeroy was co-counsel for the UDC in helping to preserve the iconic Confederate Monument, known as "Chip," in downtown Franklin, Tennessee.

The Society of the Historical Preservation of the Twenty-Sixth North Carolina Troops, Inc., v. City of Asheville, North Carolina, and Buncombe County, North Carolina

Will assisted in filing briefs and legal arguments in the preservation of the historical marker to Governor Vance Monument in Asheville, North Carolina.

Williamson County, Tennessee Seal Case APD Case No. 04.48-210764A

Will is one of the lead attorneys working to preserve the Williamson County Seal. Case is set to go before the Tennessee Historical Commission in February, 2022.
